# SMS for the blister packaging sequence (GHL, Merrett's sub-account)

Two messages. Each is under 160 characters as written, sender identified as Merrett's Pharmacy, plain text, no
links other than the landing page token, and "Reply STOP to opt out" at the end. Send inside pharmacy hours
(10:00 America/Toronto). Both stop when the contact is tagged `blister-booked`.

Note on length: the count below is of the literal text with the token unexpanded. In GHL the token expands to
the landing page URL, so turn on GHL's link shortener for SMS (or point the custom value at a short URL) to keep
the sent message inside one segment.

## SMS 1, Day 1 (the day after the form or the call)

```
Merrett's Pharmacy: thanks for asking about blister packs. A team member calls in pharmacy hours. {{custom_values.blister_landing_url}} Reply STOP to opt out
```

## SMS 2, Day 5

```
Merrett's Pharmacy: a blister pack sorts a week of medication by day and time. Free delivery. {{custom_values.blister_landing_url}} Reply STOP to opt out
```

Sources: thanks and callback = BRIEF.md CTA reassurance; week of medication sorted by day and time = PERMITTED-CLAIMS
section B (complete week's supply, four daily doses, colour-coded labels) compressed per section D; "Free delivery"
alone = section A, permitted as-is by section D, no radius promised (section E).
